About The Taco Shop
by Chef Lucas Manteca + Maria Fox
The Taco Shop first opened its doors in 2008 as an extension of Quahog’s Seafood Shack in Stone Harbor. Serving authentic Mexican-style takeout, the Taco Shop was one of Stone Harbor’s best kept secrets. Nine years later, Chef Lucas Manteca and the Bread+Butter team have partnered up with Maria Fox of Pickle Girl Pantry to introduce a taco-eating experience that is second-to-none.
Start by choosing tacos, burrito, quesadilla, leaf bowl, or rice bowl. Add your choice of protein from our menu of 12-hour roasted meats (there's a vegetarian option too!). Then garnish: guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, queso fresco. Healthy, delicious, and truly Mexican! Everything is made from scratch. We even make our own tortillas and flavored waters! And don’t go home without picking up Maria’s mouthwatering pickles and homemade hot sauces.
See you soon!
